Dental Technology
At Arrowsmith Dental Group, the technology we use helps us provide patients with dental care including dental lasers and digital x-rays.
Our Dental Technologies
At Arrowsmith Dental Group, we leverage technology to help us plan treatments and make your dental appointments run smoothly. Since we can display digital x-rays and scans on monitors in our treatment rooms, we can show you any issues in your mouth and guide you through your treatment plan.
We're on a mission to provide patients with efficient dental care, and ensure they are fully informed about their oral health. Dental technology helps us accomplish this goal.
Digital and Panoramic X-Rays
Digital X-Rays
Digital x-rays use digital sensors to bring us detailed computer images of your teeth and gums, in addition to other oral conditions and structures. This allows us to inspect parts of the mouth that are not visible to the naked eye.
Panoramic X-Rays
Panoramic radiography is a two-dimensional dental x-ray examination that captures the entire mouth in a single image.
Soft Tissue Dental Lasers
Dental lasers use focused light beams and are operated in a variety of soft tissue procedures, typically for healing and repair purposes. They assist our dentists in completing a variety of treatment procedures, including lengthening crowns, treating periodontal disease or reshaping gums while reducing pain. They are also ideal for tooth whitening.
Our dentists and dental hygienists at Arrowsmith Dental Group choose laser dentistry because they can help make the procedures go more smoothly, and also reduce discomfort and healing time for patients.
